Return Process

  Log into your ESCADA account or visit our online return portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included to maintain the product's integrity.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
